5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read For All Women, Feb 18 2008
This is a great book that is easy to read, which I found very helpful at this stage in my life. I am a working Canadian female in my mid forties with a husband and two teenagers and I normally would not find time for myself. I have started following some of the steps in the book and I have seen the results after just two weeks. The book talks about taking small steps that translate into big rewards and I can say that in my case this is true. I believe that this is a must read not only for Black Women and Latinas, but all women.
